So you got your new Five-Star Card… Congrats!
However, unless you were amongst the first in your remote county (less so in urban centres) to get this card, the immigration authorities probably didn’t invite you to a special ceremony. And — more head-scratchingly — they didn’t hand you a manual, or brochure, packed with information about this new permanent residency card for China-based expats.
